一、招聘单位简介Recruiter Profile

北京师范大学是教育部直属重点大学,是一所以教师教育、教育科学和文理基础学科为主要特色的著名学府。首批进入国家“985工程”和“211工程”重点建设高校,首批进入国家“世界一流大学”A类名单,2022年入选第二轮“双一流”建设高校,首批20所学位授权自主审核单位之一。当前,学校正着力完善“高峰耸立、高原突起”的学科发展体系,着力拓展北京校区和珠海校区“一体两翼”的一体化办学格局,正向着建设综合型、研究型、教师教育领先的中国特色世界一流大学目标稳步迈进。

北京师范大学地理学在2012年的教育部第三轮学科评估中居于全国地理学首位,在2016年的第四轮学科评估中位列全国地理学2个A+单位之一,同年入选国家“双一流”建设学科名单,在2022年的第五轮学科评估中继续获评A+。地理科学学部拥有地理学一级学科国家重点学科,直接参与地表过程与水土风沙灾害风险防控全国重点实验室、遥感与数字地球全国重点实验室的建设与管理,保障防灾减灾与可持续发展国际科技合作基地、教育部和北京市11个省部级研究平台高效运行。

为了推动地理学综合研究,应对全球环境变化与可持续发展的挑战,北京师范大学地理科学学部于2016年12月6日创建了陆地表层系统科学与可持续发展研究院(简称陆发院),开展陆地表层系统的综合研究。目前研究院设有人地系统耦合研究团队、陆表水文研究团队。人地系统耦合研究团队以人地系统研究为核心,以景观格局、生态过程与生态系统服务研究为纽带,耦合陆地表层系统的自然过程与人文过程,开展不同尺度的监测调查、模型模拟、情景分析和优化调控,推动地理科学研究范式从格局与过程耦合向复杂环境系统模拟预测转变。陆表水文研究团队以陆表水文过程研究为核心,以陆面水文过程模型与全球/区域天气、气候模式为平台,发挥多学科交叉融合的优势,侧重研究不同时空尺度的水循环、能量循环的模拟和预测的方法与理论,旨在揭示水和能量循环过程、全球气候变化和人类活动三方面之间的耦合机制,为解决陆地表层系统中的水问题、实现人水和谐的可持续发展,提供科学依据和决策支撑。

为进一步促进学科发展,加强学科建设,陆发院面向海内外公开招收博士后研究人员若干名。

BNU's Geography discipline ranked first nationwide in the 2012 Third National Discipline Assessment and achieved an A+ (top tier) rating in both the 2016 Fourth and 2022 Fifth National Discipline Assessments.It has been consistently recognized as a national "Double First-Class" discipline.The Faculty of Geographical Science is home to the National Key Discipline of Geography, jointly manages the National Key Laboratory of Surface Processes and Resource Ecology and the National Key Laboratory of Remote Sensing and Digital Earth, and oversees 11 provincial and ministerial research platforms, including the International Science and Technology Cooperation Base for Disaster Prevention and Sustainable Development.

 

 To foster interdisciplinary studies and tackle the challenges of global environmental change and sustainable development, the Faculty of Geographical Science founded the Institute of Land Surface System and Sustainable Development on December 6, 2016.The Institute currently has two research teams:the Human-Natural Systems Coupling Research Team and the Land Surface Hydrology Research Team.The Human-Natural Systems Coupling Research Team focuses on studying the relationship between human and natural systems, linking research on landscape patterns, ecological processes, and ecosystem services.The team couples the physical processes of the land surface system with the human processes.It conducts monitoring surveys, model simulation, scenario analysis, and optimization at different scales to achieve a geographical science research paradigm shift from the coupling of pattern and process to the simulation and prediction of the complex environmental system.The Land Surface Hydrology Research Team focuses on studying land surface hydrological processes.Based on land surface hydrological process models and global/regional weather and climate models, the team focuses on simulation and prediction methods and theories of water and energy cycles at different spatial and temporal scales.With the advantage of an interdisciplinary background, the team is devoted to reveal the coupling mechanisms between water and energy cycle processes, global climate change, and human activities to provide scientific support for solving water problems in the land surface system and achieving sustainable development.

To further enhance itsdisciplinary development, the Institute of Land Surface System and Sustainable Developmentnow invites applications globally for postdoctoral researchers.
