中心简介/导师简介
先进电子材料研究中心(AMC)成立于2010年，在先进电子封装材料国家地方联合工程实验室平台的支撑下，筹建深圳市电子材料国际创新研究院，致力于晶圆级封装关键材料、芯片级封装关键材料、介电材料、热管理材料、电磁屏蔽材料、封装材料计算与仿真、金属互连材料与封装材料可靠性等方面的前沿研究。
热电转换材料与器件团队组建于2020年，负责人刘睿恒研究员，国家级青年人才项目、广东省杰出青年基金、深圳市优秀青年基金获得者，团队主要从事室温附近热电材料与器件研究、芯片元器件主动热管理封装技术、半导体薄膜与传感器件研究。迄今共发表Nature communication、Joule、Energy & environmental Sicence等学术论文80余篇，团队依托集成电路材料全国重点实验室以及国内唯一的电子封装材料验证线，具备完备的芯片级热电热管理材料与器件的研发、表征测试平台，承担了国家级、及省市级项目多项。

博士后
岗位职责
1. 研究方向
1）中低温热电材料与器件研究：开展材料合成制备，器件设计与集成。
2）低维热电材料与器件研究：开展机器学习辅助低维材料设计与合成制备，低维材料输运微纳测量，器件构型设计与封装集成研究。
2. 与合作导师共同承担科研课题，发表高水平研究论文，申请各类科研项目、专利；
根据院所安排，承担一定的团队管理工作。
任职条件
1.获得博士学位不超过3年，年龄在35周岁（含）以下，具有较强的英语能力；未在广东省从事过博士后工作；
2.材料化学、材料物理背景，并在相关领域发表过学术文章；
3.具备独立负责和开展科研项目研究的能力；团队合作意识强，响应能力强，工作积极主动。有重大研究成果者优先考虑；
4.能够全职在深圳先进院完成博士后研究；
5.具有MEMS器件集成封装经验，或者金属合金材料相场仿真研究，或者有海外港澳学习工作经历者优先；
福利待遇
1.博士后期间综合年收入含全额政府补贴、竞争性薪酬、奖金奖励；

Research Areas:
1. Design and development of MEMS thermoelectric devices;

Applicant Qualification
1) Aged under 35. Have a Ph. D degree received within 3 years. Strong English ability is preferred.
2) Research experience in MEMS thermopile devices or material phase-field simulation, and published academic articles in related fields.
3) Applicants who have achieved significant research results preferred.
4) Full-time position.
Salary and Benefits
