一、中心简介

二、实验室介绍
柴国梁，本科和硕士毕业于清华大学，比利时鲁汶大学生物医学与制药科学博士，美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校博士后。目前为首都医学科学创新中心研究员，首都医科大学
三、实验室研究方向
实验室致力于研究神经系统疑难罕见病与常见疾病的遗传因素及其致病机理，并开发创新靶向干预治疗策略。主要研究课题:
1.神经系统疑难罕见病与复杂疾病的遗传学及致病机制研究；
2.探索神经系统疾病中的中枢和外周免疫紊乱及炎症调控机制；
3.开发针对神经系统疾病的治疗新方法与新策略。

五、岗位信息
01、科研助理
科研助理应具有扎实的分子生物学、神经生物学、实验动物学、基础医学等相关专业背景，熟练掌握与动物相关的实验室技术。有动物饲养，立体定位注射相关经验者优先。
1）岗位职责
本岗位招聘1名科研助理，主要负责实验室小鼠饲养工作，基因型鉴定，表型评估，立体定位注射以支持实验室在动物方面的科学研究。
2）任职要求
1.大学本科学历及以上，分子生物学、神经生物学、实验动物学、神经病学、遗传学、免疫学、基础医学等相关专业；
2.有动物实验经验，熟练掌握小鼠基因鉴定、表型评估、立体定位注射等技术；
3.具备较强的学习能力及动手能力，能迅速上手掌握新技术；
4.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。

Dr. Chai’s laboratory is dedicated to investigating the genetic factors and pathogenic mechanisms underlying rare and common neurological diseases, with the goal of developing innovative targeted therapeutic strategies. The projects of the lab includes:

Open Positions
Molecular Biology Technician
The candidate should possess a solid academic background in molecular biology, neurobiology, laboratory animal science, or related disciplines, with proficient skills in animal-related laboratory techniques. Prior experience in animal husbandry and stereotaxic injection techniques will be considered advantageous.
Main Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for:
Routine care and management of laboratory mice
Genotyping and phenotypic characterization
Performing stereotaxic injections to support in vivo research
This position plays a critical role in supporting the laboratory's animal-based scientific investigations.
Qualifications
a. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in molecular biology, neurobiology, laboratory animal science, neurology, genetics, immunology, basic medicine, or related fields.
b. Technical Skills:
Prior experience with animal experiments.
Proficiency in mouse genotyping, phenotypic characterization, and stereotactic injection techniques.
c. Abilities:Strong learning capacity and hands-on skills, with the ability to quickly master new techniques.
d. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
