1、Manager - Student Affairs Office (Ref.2015/004/01)
The applicant should have a) a Bachelor or preferably a higher degree in Education/Psychology or related areas; b)at least 5 years’ post-qualification working related experiences, preferably in student affairs; c)a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, and good organizational skills; d)good interpersonal and liaison skills, and an ability to lead a team to work on multiple tasks under pressure; e)the ability to handle emergencies and special cases; f) good command of English and Chinese.
Duties include i) organizing various student activities; ii) supervising staff and handling general department administration; iii) keeping liaison with students, academics, and other University departments ; v)assisting in planning, preparation and review of student related matters including financial aid program, student hostel management, student orientation and summer program, student information system, international student recruitment and management, mental health education, etc.; and vi) undertaking other assignment assigned by the supervisor. Working during non-office hours for student services/activities may be needed.
2、Officer - Communications and Public Relations Office (Ref.2015/034/01)
入职要求:
1. 学历:本科或以上学历。新闻、中文、平面设计、艺术设计等相关专业优先。
2. 工作经验:
(1)三年以上相关工作经历,包括至少1年公关、传媒相关工作经验;
(2)教育行业、传媒行业相关工作经验优先考虑。
3. 素质和技能:
(1)良好的公文写作及口头表达能力;
(2)良好的协调能力及危机公关处理能力;
(3)良好的摄影、摄像技能;
(4)良好的中英双语沟通能力;

岗位职责:
1. 根据需求撰写并执行传媒推广方案及公关方案、传媒资源整合方案;
2. 就学校宣传和公共关系向传媒及社会发布;
3. 对已发布新闻、资源数据整理分析并形成分析报告;
4. 负责传媒关系的建立、维护和拓展,与传媒保持有效沟通;
5. 负责校级活动的拍照与资料留存工作;

3、Subject Librarian — Library (Ref.2015/046/01)
应聘者须具备:(i) 985/211或国外院校理工科专业本科毕业,具有硕士或博士研究学位优先;(ii) 3年以上大学或研究图书馆学科馆员工作的成功经验,或大学毕业后全职研究工作经验(有国外研究型大学工作经验者优先考虑);(iii) 熟悉学科发展趋势,关注跟踪学科资源发展; (iv) 熟练使用专业数据库和工具书,掌握基本信息技术工具,编制简单程序工具;(v) 较好的交流技能和培训授课能力;(vi) 掌握读者和资源使用的统计数据的收集整理和分析工具和方法。
工作职责包括:(a)馆藏资源建设包括图书和期刊(印刷和电子),以及网络资源;(b)服务空间管理包括培训教室,阅览区域,家具和设备;(c)管理非专业图书馆工作人员和学生工作人员;(d)执行经费预算和指导资源采购;(e)处理供应商关系和外单位协作关系;(f)参与课程建设并承担院系教学和研究需求的联络,协调和支持;(g)管理教参和学科关键资源的流通策略制定及执行;(h) 制作学科导航,资源利用课程和培训;(i)协助研究项目进行文献检索和影响因子分析;(j)跟踪服务院系学科发展,提升学科服务质量,创新服务模式,引领学科服务导向;(k)积极参与专业学术活动,关注并更新专业知识; (l)完成其它由上级安排的工作。
4、逸夫书院办公室经理 College Manager — Shaw College Office (Ref.2015/055/01)
应征者须: 1) 大学本科及以上学历,成绩优良; 2) 至少8年相关任职资格的工作经验,具备高校或教育机构相关工作经验者优先; 3) 兼擅中文(包括粤语和普通话)及英文; 4) 极具领导才能,出色的沟通及人际交往能力; 5) 具有成功开发及实施新政或倡议的经验; 6) 丰富的活动组织及外联拓展经验;及7) 能够独立完成工作,亦能顺利融入紧张高效的团队。
受聘者将:a)协助书院院长进行书院全面管理工作;b)领导书院办公室日常行政工作;c)担任相关工作小组及委员会秘书职务;d)为书院组织开展的各种项目及活动提供支持;及e)完成其他由书院院长指派的工作。

5、逸夫书院办公室主管Executive Officer - Shaw College Office (Ref.2015/056/01)
香港中文大学的书院制为全港独有。香港中文大学(深圳)秉承中文大学的办学传统,亦将设立书院,为学生提供全人教育和关顾服务。书院除促进通识及非形式教育外,尚主办为发扬书院的使命、愿景和文化传统的活动项目,并提供膳宿及其他设施以优化书院生活,和建立一个学者社群。
逸夫书院是香港中文大学(深圳)设立的第一个书院,能够为2400名左右学生提供膳宿,计划今年有首批学生(包括本科生及研究生)隶属该书院,人数约为1000名。书院工作正在开展中,征聘上述职位。
应征者须:
1) 大学本科及以上学历,成绩优良;
2) 有3年以上行政工作经验,具备高校或教育行业相关工作经验者优先;
3) 良好的中英双语沟通能力,会粤语者优先;

Post Specification
Applicants should have i) a Bachelor’s degree or above; ii) at least 3 years of administrative or relevant experience, preferably with the tertiary education field; iii) an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese speaker will be preferable) ; iv) excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; v) the ability to work independently and under pressure; vi) good IT proficiency (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.); and vii) relevant experience in event management, alumni/membership development and management, fundraising, public relations and/or communications will be advantageous.
Duties include a) assisting in organizing the College’s events, especially student and fundraising events and activities; b) managing projects in the areas of College promotion, donor relations and alumni affairs; c) developing and managing information databases; d) providing secretarial support to committees and meetings; e) providing secretarial support to College Master; f) liaison with other University departments, especially Shaw College of CUHK; and g) performing other tasks as assigned. Irregular working hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) will be required occasionally.

Post Specification
The applicant should have a) a Bachelor degree, a higher degree and overseas higher education background would be advantages; b) at least 3 year post-qualification administrative or relevant experience, preferably with tertiary institutions; c) good command of English and Chinese; d) Good organizational and problem solving skills; e) good for physical and mental health, strong affinity; f) proficiency in Microsoft Office software and social media; and g) Ability to work independently when required.
Duties include i) day-to-day management of the student hostel; ii) organizing new students orientation-related activities; iii) conduct living learning programs and initiatives; v)collaborate with residents’ associations; and vi) undertaking other assignment assigned by the supervisor. Working during non-office hours for student services/activities may be needed.
7、Institutional Development Manager (Ref.2015/066/01)
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor or preferably a higher degree in finance or related areas; (ii) at least 8 years’ post-qualification working experience, preferably in product promotion, Internet marketing, or private banking; (iii) good command of both Chinese and English; (iv) good interpersonal and liaison skills, and an ability to lead a project team to work on multiple tasks under pressure; (v) a high level of computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint; and (vi) a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, and good organizational skills.
The primary duty is to provide administrative and logistical support to the SME’s institutional development, including: (a) organizing various promotional activities; (b) organizing and initiating fund raising efforts in the SME; (c) contacting potential donors and government agencies in securing financial support; (d) managing other external relationships; (e) supervising staff and handling general office administration; and (g) undertaking other assignments assigned by the supervisor. Working during non-office hours as well as traveling for recruiting trips may be needed.
