深圳理工大学2025年诚邀全球英才依托我校申报新增批次海外优青

一、项目定位

优秀青年科学基金项目（海外）旨在吸引和鼓励在自然科学、工程技术等方面已取得较好成绩的海外优秀青年学者（含非华裔外籍人才）回国（来华）工作，自主选择研究方向开展创新性研究，促进青年科学技术人才的快速成长，培养一批有望进入世界科技前沿的优秀学术骨干，为科技强国建设贡献力量。

二、申请条件

1. 遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，具有良好的科学道德，自觉践行新时代科学家精神；

2. 出生日期在1985年1月1日（含）以后；

3. 具有博士学位；

4. 研究方向主要为自然科学、工程技术等；

5. 在取得博士学位后至2025年9月15日前，一般应在海外知名高校、科研机构、企业研发机构等获得正式教学或者科研职位，且具有连续36个月以上工作经历；在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求（不适用于通过中外联合培养方式取得海外博士学位的情况）；

6. 在海外工作期间，同时拥有境内带薪酬职位的申请人，其境内带薪酬职位的工作年限不计入海外工作年限；

7. 取得同行专家认可的科研或技术等成果，且具有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力；

8. 申请人尚未全职回国（来华）工作，或者2024年1月1日以后回国（来华）工作。获资助通知后须辞去海外工作并全职回国（来华）工作不少于3年。

（注：以上申报条件以2025年国家自然科学基金委员会发布的申报指南为准。）

限项要求：

执行国家科技人才计划统筹衔接的相关要求。同层次国家科技人才计划只能承担一项，不能逆层次申请。

对于已申请2025年度上半年优秀青年科学基金项目（海外）的申请人，因时间结点原因导致不符合当时申请条件、但符合新增批次申请条件的，可申请新增批次项目；其他申请人不得在新增批次重复提交申请。

已申请2025年度其它同层次国家科技人才计划的，不得在新增批次申请优秀青年科学基金项目（海外）。

三、支持条件

（一）聘任岗位

 

一般聘为教研副教授/特聘正教授职位，授予博士生导师资格。

（二）薪酬福利等待遇

1.薪酬社保等待遇：提供具有全球竞争力的薪酬+绩效+五险一金；符合条件的境外高端和紧缺人才可根据当年政策申请上一年度15%的个税补贴。

2.个人补贴：根据国家、省、市人才计划相关政策，学校将协助申请相应人才项目，如成功入选可按规定享有项目资助/补贴。

（三）科研支持条件

1.科研经费：支持国家、省、市配套，以政府政策及入选情况为准。

2.团队建设/支撑待遇：学校支持打造自己的科研团队；符合条件的可申请特聘岗位；博士后招收指标不限。

3.办公条件：提供国际领先的科研条件，充足的实验空间，与国际接轨的自由的学术空间。

4.设立Mentor：为青年人才配备资深的导师，加速青年人才融入与成长，增强人才归属感和凝聚力。

5.学生培养：保障研究生招生指标。

（四）生活保障

1.住房待遇：学校内有充足的临时周转公寓，保障人才到深临时过渡；学校附近有充足的公租房，为人才家庭提供长久住房保障；符合条件的人才可申请深圳市新引进博士生活补贴。

2.子女入学：具有涵盖幼儿园、小学、初中、高中全体系的高水准附属教育机构，提供优质教育资源支持，支持人才全区择校。

3.医疗保障：具有筹备附属医院，提供高水准医疗保障和保健体检；对在国内没有社保待遇的人才，提供商业医疗保险；学校每年为教职工提供一次全面体检，切实维护我校教职工的健康权益。

4.生活配套：单位设有集体户，协助办理人才及配偶、子女深圳户口或外籍来华工作居留许可；协助办理广东省“人才优粤卡”、深圳市“鹏城优才卡”和光明区“人才卡”，享受广东省及深圳市提供的人才安居、医疗保健、子女入学、配偶就业等人才配套服务。

深圳理工大学(以下简称“深圳理工”)坐落在充满魅力、动力、活力和创新力的深圳，2024年5月30日由教育部批复设立，以中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院优质丰厚的科教产教资源为基础，“高起点、高水平、高标准、高质量”建设一流新型研究型大学。

Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology (SUAT) is a newly established and highly rated university in Shenzhen, a city full of charms, energy, vitality and innovation. With the support of the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, as well as it's abundant resources in science, education, and industry, SUAT will build a first-class and new-type research university with "high starting point, high standard and high quality".

SUAT has already attracted a cohort of outstanding scientists from major research institutes and universities around the world. Bolstered by excellent scientific, educational, and industrial resources from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City, SUAT fosters interdisciplinary research and training, integrates research and entrepreneurship into education, and aims to be a world-class university of science and technology. With a trinity of colleges (academic colleges, research institutes, and residential colleges), SUAT nurtures students through a three-track educational system encompassing basic science, engineering, and entrepreneurship. It embraces a philosophy of educating elite undergraduates, tailoring the instruction towards the education of outstanding scientists, exceptional engineers, and innovative entrepreneurs.

2024年在广东招收首届本科生，获得了非常优质的生源，录取了物理类考生120人，最低分624分（省排9667），最低分超本科线182分。2025 年，学校在广东、内蒙古、浙江、江西、河南、湖北、湖南、四川8省/自治区共招收360名本科生，也均取得优秀生源，投档分数线分别为广东629分、内蒙古643分、浙江653分、江西613分、河南647分、湖北621分、湖南627分、四川636分。

In 2024, SUAT has enrolled its first cohort of 120 undergraduate students in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics track. The 120 strong SUATers were among the highest-ranked high school students from Guangdong Province with  a minimum admission score of 624, which exceeded the undergraduate admission line by 182 points. In 2025, SUAT enrolled a total of 360 undergraduate students across eight provinces/autonomous regions: Guangdong, Inner Mongolia, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, and Sichuan. All SUATers were high-quality candidates, with the following minimum admission scores: Guangdong: 629, Inner Mongolia: 643, Zhejiang: 653, Jiangxi: 613, Henan: 647, Hubei: 621, Hunan: 627, Sichuan: 636.

深圳理工根据科技发展新趋势和新质生产力发展要求，构建面向国家战略发展需求、服务国家战略性新兴产业和未来产业发展的学科专业体系，已建设生命健康学院、合成生物学院、计算机科学与控制工程学院、生物医学工程学院、材料科学与能源工程学院、药学院、算力微电子学院七个学科交叉专业学院，细胞与基因技术研究院、未来农业研究院、人工智能研究院、医疗器械产业技术研究院、高等教育研究院、未来医学中心等前沿技术研究院。

To meet the challenges of emerging science, technology and industry and to energize the emerging productive forces, SUAT has established seven faculties, namely the Faculty of Life and Health Sciences, the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, the Faculty of Computer Science and Control Engineering, the Faculty of Synthetic Biology, the Faculty of Materials Science and Energy Engineering, the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering and the Faculty of Computility Microelectronics, in addiction to a number of research institutes including the Institute of Cell and Gene Technology, the Institute of Emerging Agricultural Technology and the Institute of Artificial Intelligence Research, and Institute of Advanced Medical Devices and Institute of Higher Education and Future Medical Center .
